'The Mindful Adventures of Master Owl' is a Young Reader book for 7-11 year olds. It is just over 200 pages long, with 10 chapters and illustrations again by the amazing artist Beidi Guo.
These Master Owl stories help children to learn about the value of mindfulness, the importance of kindness, generosity, forgiveness, honesty, daydreaming, play and caring for the environment.
Each chapter is like a short story which can either be read to the children or they can read themselves, by author Rob Holmes.
